RESATEC vibration absorber type K2 / KN2

The RESATEC vibration absorber type K consists of an aluminum cast cover and a glued-on rust-resistant steel wire cushion. This makes this damper resistant to heat and oil. The RESATEC anti-vibration mount type K2 / KN2 is softer, thus has a smaller natural frequency and is suitable as active isolation for the mounting of tooling machines with low excitation frequency and large process movement such as eccentric presses, piston compressors and punching machines. As passive isolation, the RESATEC anti-vibration mount type K2 / KN2 is suitable for the mounting of lapping machines, printing cylinders, grinding machines, transformers and as foundation mounting. In the K2 version, the cast cover can be directly loaded on pressure. In the KN2 version, a screw is provided for leveling. Uneven surfaces can be compensated up to +/- 5°. The heat is conducted away via the wires and the cast aluminum cover and no heat build-up occurs.
